Orbita Winders Ship Free:
During our holiday sale, UPS and
Federal Express ground shipping is FREE on all Orbita winders. On the order
form, SIMPLY choose the "Orbita winder ground" shipping option and you will pay
nothing. But hurry...Christmas is almost here! Last day for ground shipping is
December 16th.
Shipping Carriers:
WatchBasics ships via UPS. UPS does not deliver to
post office boxes; orders without a physical address will not be processed. UPS
does not deliver to military APO or FPO addresses; the United States Postal
Service will be used instead.
Shipping Options:
You may choose from ground, 3 day select, 2 day air, or next day delivery
options during the check out process. The shipping cost of each method is
calculated using the weight of the item you ordered and the order's geographical
destination. Shipping days are in addition to days required for processing the
order and packaging the item.
Shipping Addresses
To deter fraud, Watchbasics may decline to ship to addresses differing from the card holder's address on record with the card issuer.
International Orders
Watchbasics is
unable to accept, fill, or ship orders from/to outside the United States.
United States Orders
In-stock items are shipped from Temecula, CA 92592 within 48 hours of order. Back ordered items may take longer.
Erroneous order information received from customers may cause delays. Certain Orbita items may be shipped directly from Orbita's North Carolina factory and
may require an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery. UPS and Federal Express tracking numbers are emailed when items are shipped.
Hawaii and Alaska Orders
Items will be shipped 3 Day Select rate. Please complete the order form accordingly.
RETURNS:
Items that are still in their original condition may be returned within
20 days of receipt for a refund less shipping charges and a $5.00
restocking fee. Include all original interior wrappings and boxes.
EXCHANGES:
Items damaged in transit or containing a
manufacturer defect may be exchanged for a like item at no cost to customer.
Return shipping charges will be credited back to the credit card used in the
original purchase. Include all original interior wrappings and boxes.
PROCEDURE:
Send items via UPS or Federal Express to: WatchBasics Returns, 30684 Sky
Terrace Drive , Temecula, CA 92592. Items sent via the United
States Postal Service will not be accepted. Amounts due back customer will
be credited back credit card or Paypal used in
the original purchase. Be sure to note your (1) name, (2) order number, (3)
reason for return, and (4) shipping charges incurred in returning the item.
PAYMENT METHODS
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal are accepted through the secure shopping cart.
