| The best facility to repair or service a Rolex watch or bracelet (including vintage sometimes) are one of the three Rolex owned Service Centers. That is partially because Rolex does not sell parts to anyone now, so any other facility is using generic parts and generally has inferior quality service compared to the absolutely outstanding Rolex service centers. Cost for a Rolex service is about $375 which includes a one year complete warranty. Call first for instructions to any facility you choose: Manhattan - 212-758-7700, Dallas - 214-871-0500, or Beverly Hills - 310-271-6200. (There really are no other authorized Rolex service centers - although some unscrupulous watchmakers may claim otherwise). |

Be prepared for very steep prices, which by the way, is how we exist - by selling very, very similar products for much less. Be aware that local dealers sometimes offer watch services but do not send the watch to an official Rolex service center but farm it out to the local watchmaker - so for service it is best to go to Rolex directly. |
